When working with children, I adopt an approach that recognizes each child has their own unique developmental process. In this direction, I prioritize creating a supportive environment where children feel safe, can express their emotions, and can demonstrate their potential.

I do not limit the developmental process to academic skills alone; instead, I address it from a holistic perspective that encompasses emotional regulation, social communication, attention, play, and creativity. This approach aims not only to understand and support children's current difficulties, but also to recognize and support their strengths.

My experience in early childhood education has provided me the opportunity to closely observe children's developmental characteristics and deeply evaluate their individual differences. In this context, I specifically focus on emotional development, social skills, attention processes, and helping children express themselves in a healthy way.

My aim is to guide children and families through their developmental processes in accordance with scientific and ethical principles, and to support sustainable well-being.
