Clinical Psychologist
After completing her undergraduate education at Ankara University Department of Psychology, she earned her master's degree in Clinical Psychology and her doctoral degree in Forensic Psychology from the same university.
She served as a Clinical Psychologist at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Disorders from 2006 to 2021. Between 2021 and 2024, she held the position of Head of Psychology Department at Düzce University, and currently serves as the Head of the Clinical Psychology Division at Düzce University.
She continues her clinical work in various areas of child and adolescent mental health, including psychometric assessment, Specific Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety disorders, and emotional-behavioral difficulties, conducting individual and group-based assessment and intervention processes.
Supportive Parenting Counseling for Early Childhood and School-Age Children, as well as Coping with Adolescent Challenges Counseling, are among the counseling services offered to parents.
She also works with children in institutional care and their caregivers, participating in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up processes. Recently, she has been extending her work to topics at the intersection of forensic and clinical psychology, such as children in divorce and custody proceedings, and child neglect and abuse.
